5 Mile Flow is a welcoming outdoor yoga class with the Island Yoga Project, held on the grass at Jersey Pearl on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move in a way that feels good for your body and mind, expect mindful movement, grounding breathwork, fresh sea air, and a relaxed community atmosphere by the coast.
