Meet Indigo

FOUNDER + YOGA TEACHER

A lover of the sea, coffee and of course, yoga.

Indigo has been practicing yoga for years; finding she could bring her whole self to the mat and build community in the yoga studio.

It felt like a natural next step to take her 200 hour yoga teacher training, which led her to a jungle in Indonesia. She is trained in Vinyasa and Hatha styles with a strong thread of traditional philosophy.

A woman with dark hair tied in a bun, smiling, wearing earrings, a necklace, and yoga clothes, sitting cross-legged on the floor in a studio with a plain backdrop.
A person with a tattoo on their ankle, shows their foot, with one hand holding their toes, against a plain background.

Philosophy

The Olive Tree is a yoga offering rooted in the traditional teachings of vinyasa, and inspired by the enduring wisdom and rhythms of nature.

Indigo believes that both peace and harmony come from connecting with your body, mind and energy; meeting it all without judgement and with kindness.

All class offerings hold space for the intelligence of the body to speak as you connect within.
